For the past 20 years, Rich Visotcky has leveraged his unique ability to bridge perspectives to solve the most pressing problems his clients face. From business to technology, organizational processes, law, and finance, he gets organizations to cut through complexity and build solutions that work.
Rich is a seasoned facilitator and organizational leader focused on helping teams make sense of complexity. He founded Joint Insights to give people the language, frameworks, and alignment needed to surface what matters most — and then do something about it.
Before founding Joint Insights, Rich spent years working at the intersection of consulting, product development, education, and leadership across multiple industries. His work has been shaped by deep engagement with systems thinking, collaborative decision-making, and the belief that real alignment is hard-won but always worth pursuing.
